GlobalNavSource offers the following Returns/Refund Policy:
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within seven full business days of our receiving your returned product. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs are not refundable under normal circumstances. To make a return, please use our online Return & Exchange Authorization Form for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the original invoice date. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.  The product must be returned to the GlobalNavSource warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.  All exchanges will be charged additional shipping charges.

Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse.  All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 10 days to apply your credit. 

All products must be returned in re-sellable condition, and in it's original package including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.  A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any opened product(s), used or wrong item(s) ordered.  Return and exchange shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 Physical damages to any product will void the product's warranty and eligibility for return.  Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered as physically damaging the product and will void the product's warranty.  A product cannot be returned under these circumstances.  It is our policy that all returned products must be in new condition (no physical damages).  We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product.  Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire product and then sent it back asking for a refund.  

NOTE: All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number.  Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment.  Customers agree to bear the risk of loss for the product during return shipment.  No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by GlobalNavSource.  We do not cross-ship items under any circumstances.

All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products. The shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company, not to GlobalNavSource, therefore all shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Replacement:  The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at GlobalNavSource's expense.  GlobalNavSource Technical Support will put you in touch with a GlobalNavSource Sales Support Representative to set up a replacement order and provide the procedure for returning the DOA product.  

Colors 
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SHIPPING RATES AND POLICY:

Shipping Rates: Standard UPS shipping will be charged. Product shipping weights are shown in the long description.

Shipping to APO Military: While most other retailers will not ship to APO/FPO address we at GlobalNavSource are happy to serve our customers in the armed forces, stationed at any APO/FPO address.  Unfortunately, however, since these addresses can be in remote places that are very difficult to reach, we are not capable of covering the cost of insurance and postage.  

Shipping Policy:

  • On average, orders are shipped the same day or next day, following the receipt of your order. All orders received after 3:00 PM PST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday morning.
  • Most orders are shipped UPS and should arrive on shipping option days from the order date. Please remember, once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival, but we will do everything we can to help you get your order to you promptly.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed. Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it.

Undelivered Package: If the address you provided us is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify your address for reshipment. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and the re-delivered shipment.

Sales Tax and Duty: Customer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax.  Please verify with your customs before making purchase.

Shipping to an address different from your billing address: If you choose to ship to an address different from your credit card billing address, we may contact you to confirm your shipping and billing addresses to prevent possible fraudulent use of your credit card.

Tracking an order package: Please contact customer service at sales@globalnavsource.com for order tracking information.

A hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a failure, preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box.  If you believe that your product(s) is DOA, please call GlobalNavSource Technical Support at 800-281-6477 or e-mail us within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.  GlobalNavSource Technical Support will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options:

ORDER PROCESSING: The estimated shipment date on your order is based on payment processing time and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time.  Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card orders.  Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
